The Innervate fitness studio is now open at The May Wellness Centre. The opening week is a great opportunity to view our facilities and meet the team – and there’s still time to book a taster session for yoga or pilates; or arrange a personal training induction.

If you don’t want to book in for a class why not pop in to have an informal look at the facilities and see what we do.
The studio has been carefully designed to make client’s workouts fun yet effective, whatever fitness level they have. The calm environment puts our clients at ease and ensures that nobody will feel overwhelmed with ‘scary looking’ equipment or machinery. Yet there’s everything anyone could need to build their fitness and plenty to stretch as you progress and become stronger and more confident.
Our team offer small group personal training, Pilates and Yoga classes as well as one to one personal training.
Personal trainers Bethan Handy and Jack Lewis are on hand to guide and help clients.
